At Cookie Creation by Mary, we're committed to providing the highest quality baked goods and exceptional customer service. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return policy.
Eligibility for Returns
- Orders can be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received
- Custom orders and special requests are final sale and not eligible for returns
Return Process
1. Contact us at mailto:mary@cookiecreationbymary.org or 555-555-5555 to initiate the return process
2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item(s) if damaged
3. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the item back
4. Ship the item back within 3 days of receiving the RMA number
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued in the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item
- Refunds will be for the full amount of the item, minus shipping costs
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery
- We'll provide a replacement or refund, including shipping costs
